- Supplement applies for use of tennis court.

- Minimum stay at weekend 2 nights.
- Supplements may apply during event weekends, Christmas, New Year and Bank holidays.
Reservations
A deposit of 50% total booking price is required by debit/credit card to make reservation. All major credit cards accepted.
Cancellations
Please note, once booked, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total booking if we are unable to re-sell the reservation. For cancellations within 1 month of the booked arrival date (or not showing up) we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booking if we are unable to re-sell the booking.
Smoking
Rubens Barn has a strictly no smoking policy.
