Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and two miles from Goodwood, Rubens Barn is surrounded by forests and farmland owned by Goodwood Estate – ideally situated for visiting historic Chichester, Glorious Goodwood, and exploring the beautiful area.

The barn has undergone extensive renovation to provide exclusive and luxurious bed and breakfast/self-catering accommodation. It is available as one unit consisting of two bedrooms with en-suite, open plan kitchen/living room area, private garden, car parking and tennis court.

Bedroom one is on the ground floor. A luxury king-sized bed, two contemporary en-suite shower rooms complete with power showers, fluffy white bathrobes, and complimentary White Company toiletries, will ensure your stay with us is both comfortable and relaxing. Bedroom two is on the first floor with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a romantic rolled-top bath.

The kitchen/living room area has a double sofa bed, widescreen LCD satellite television, wireless internet access, oak dining table, a well-equipped kitchen and french doors leading to your own private garden. A deluxe continental breakfast, fine teas, coffee and hot chocolate are all provided in the kitchen for you to enjoy at your convenience.
