From Midhurst

Take the A286 towards Chichester. In Singleton, turn left and pass through Charlton to East Dean. Continue through the village of East Dean passing the Star and Garter pub on your right. Follow this road (Droke Lane) for one mile, and Rubens Barn will be on the left.

From Petworth

Take the A285 towards Chichester. After approx. 5 miles continue through the village of Upwaltham, and turn right onto Droke Lane, sign posted East Dean. Continue along Droke Lane for one mile. After passing the Forestry Commission car park on the left, Rubens Barn is 40 metres ahead on the right

From Chichester

Take the A27 East towards Brighton. Take the first exit sign posted Petworth (A285). Follow this road for approx 6 miles. On passing the Upwaltham sign take the immediate left turn onto Droke Lane, sign posted East Dean. Continue along Droke Lane for one mile. After passing the Forestry Commission car park on the left, Rubens Barn is 40 metres ahead on the right.
